The Human Immunology Center Core Laboratory announces the availability of On-Line Scheduling for the
BD LSR II eight-color flow cytometer located in the HIC Lab, MRB 2-9905.
The LSR II sign up calendar may be reached through this website, or may be accessed directly by
book marking the following link: LSR-II Signup.
To take advantage of On-Line scheduling and for future access to the LSR II flow cytometer, all
users will be issued a user name and individual password. To receive your user name and password
you may either contact Dr. Sally Quataert or if you have previous flow cytometry experience, attend
a training session given by Matthew Cochran. Please contact Matthew at 273-4473 to sign up
for an available time. We request both new and existing LSR II users attend a training session
since we will provide a user guide, checklist and review new HIC Lab policies for LSR II scheduling,
priorities and rate structure. While >4 multicolor human experiments will have priority, other work
will be scheduled dependent on time availability.
If you are unable to take advantage of the scheduled sessions, please let either
Matthew Cochran or Dr. Quataert know so that we may accommodate you. We would also appreciate
feedback regarding any issues with the role out of this new sign up system.
