are only provided to person who attend the entire course
from start to finish.
When making travel
arrangements, please plan accordingly to be sure you will be able
to stay for the entire course.

to the training date and is accepted on-line, by mail or by fax. A confirmation
letter with directions to our current location and parking information
will be sent to you once your registration has been processed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you don't receive a confirmation letter, please
call to verify that your registration was received and that you are
registered to attend.

Letters of Attendance
Letters of attendance are available for all CHBT courses. You must
be in attendance for 100% of the course to receive the letter of attendance.
Location of Trainings
The confirmation letter will include the exact location and
time of the course. On-Site Training for some courses may be
available for audiences at your facility. Call for information.
CME and Nursing Contact Hours are available for some courses.
