Our Prosthodontic Residents
Originally from Athens, Greece, Konstantinos Chochlidakis, D.D.S. received his dental degree from the University of Athens and then joined the Greek Army where he treated soldiers and their families. Following the military, Dr. Chochlidakis moved to the United Kingdom and worked as a general dentist, serving in the National Health System and private practice. During his stay in England, he decided to specialize in Prosthodontics and moved to Rochester to begin his Prosthodontics residency at Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Dr Chochlidakis currently serves as the Chief Resident and is a member of Eastman Ethical Board Committee, American College of Prosthodontists, and American Prosthodontic Society.
Originally from Costa Rica. Luis Boza, D.D.S., went to dental school at the Latin University of Costa Rica. He is the co-founder and vice president of Project Talamanca, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free dentistry to the indigenous population of Talamanca in Costa Rica. Dr. Boza has a Master in health business administration. 6 years private practice in Costa Rica. Specialty in Prosthodontics at Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Currently Implant Fellow of the Gerald Graser Implant Fellowship at Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, New York. Member of American Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontics, American Prosthodontics Society.
Hai Qing , D.D.S., graduated with his dental degree and as a Prosthodontic specialist from the West China College of Stomatology at Sichuan University, China. He completed his Ph.D. in Oral Biology and Prosthodontics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, and Sichuan University. Dr. Qing is currently a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, and the American Prosthodontic Society. He received multiple awards, including the 11th International Bone Fluid Flow Young Investigator Award, and the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research 2010 Young Investigator Grant for his research on osteocyte remodeling of bone tissue. Dr. Qing has published 12 articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented his work at national and international meetings. He has served as a reviewer for the Journal of Prosthodontics and Open Dentistry.
A native from Florida, USA, Evan Rosen D.M.D., M.P.H. is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry and the Florida International University Robert Stempel School of Public Health. Dr. Rosen is a member of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Prosthodontic Society.
Elyce E. Link- Bindo
Elyce E Link-Bindo, D.M.D., is originally from Philadelphia, PA. She is a graduate of Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. She has investigated various research topics including calcifications of the carotid artery as diagnosed on Cone Beam CT and fracturing of fixed detachable (hybrid) dentures. Dr. Link-Bindo is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Prosthodontic Society, and the American Dental Association.
Audrey McNamara, D.D.S., is originally from Vancouver, Canada. She received her dental degree from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with high honors. Dr. McNamara pursed advanced training in the dental management of medically compromised patients by completing a one-year hospital residency in Toronto, Canada. She then decided to specialize in Prosthodontics and began her residency at Eastman Institute for Oral Health, while at the same time, completing her Master’s in Health Care Management at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Bin Yang, D.M.D., originally from P.R. China, graduated from dental school at the Henan Medical University. She specialized in Prosthodontics at Peking University where she also completed her Masters Degree in Dental Materials. Dr. Yang received her D.M.D. and Ph.D. at the Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel, Germany and was appointed to assistant professor in the Prosthodontics Department at the Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel. Dr. Yang published more than 30 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and at international congresses. She has served as a reviewer for Biomaterials, Journal of Dental Research, Acta Biomaterialia, Dental Material, Journal of Dentistry, Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.
Erna Einarsdottir D.D.S.,M.S. is originally from Iceland, where she graduated from dental school, earning high honors at the University of Iceland. She then worked in private practice in Reykjavik, before moving to the USA. Dr. Einarsdottir returned to the University of Iceland for clinical research training in fixed prosthodontics and to earn a Master of Science degree while working in private practice. Dr. Einarsdottir is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, the International Association of Dental Research and the American Association of Dental Research.
Christine Joseph, D.D.S., is originally from Damascus, Syria. She graduated as a dental lab technician from Dental Technology College at Damascus University. As a child, she spent her summers and school breaks working in her father's dental lab. She continued her education in general dentistry at Damascus University, and worked as a dental lab technician in Canada, before enrolling in EIOH’s Prosthodontic residency program. Dr. Joseph is a member of the international team of Implantology ITI, a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, and a member of the Academy of Osseointegration.
