To request a course please send an email to Blackboard Support with your division and department, course name, purpose of the course, how many users you expect to be enrolled in the course and the name of the instructor(s).

Batch file templates (.xls)

These batch tools are useful for groups that want to add multiple new users and enroll them in courses. In the Create User template only the red fields are required. And the password defaults to the username if no text is added to the password field. These files must be sent to Blackboard Support for processing.

ZIP tool for Web Sites and Multipart files

• Masterfile Package Wizard right click on the link and select Save Target As. To install, double click on the file and follow the prompts. This tool allows you to zip the contents of a website or other multi-file application and post into Blackboard.
