- A library-centered network supported by collaborating institutions that provide health care and health science education in the Rochester area.

How does MIRACLEnet work?
- The Edward G. Miner Library, University of Rochester Medical Center coordinates the purchase of the online resources and assists the members in providing access.
- In each health care institution, users reach the resources through computers connected to their internal network.
- From home or private offices, users can reach the resources via an Internet connection.
