URMC Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation's urgent care program offers same-day access to emergency orthopaedic care for patients of all ages. We are open Monday through Friday and we have three convenient locations to serve you better - Clinton Crossings in Brighton, South Pointe Landing in Greece or the Platinum Office Complex in Penfield.
We provide the bone and joint specialists you need - give you expert care - and help avoid a trip to the emergency room.

It's important to keep in mind that some conditions such as chronic pain or lacerations, may not be appropriate for urgent care. Please consult with your Primary Care Physician or the Strong Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.
Schedule an Urgent Care Appointment
Most patients no longer need referrals to go to urgent care. So keep these numbers close, and call us to schedule an appointment if someone gets injured:

- Please bring recent x-rays and diagnostic results from your primary care physician with you to your appointment.
- Please note our urgent care program is not a walk-in clinic.
