Traveling from within Rochester or from the North
Once You Reach Monroe Community Hospital
After turning into the Hospital campus from East Henrietta Road, bear to your left and park in Lot #2 (parking is free). Enter the building at the Patient Transport entrance across from Lot #2. There will be a glass enclosed reception area on your right. Turn left and proceed to the AD-CARE office.
Within Rochester or from the North
Take 390 South to Exit 16B, which is East Henrietta Road (Route 15A). Turn left on East Henrietta Road, and the main entrance to Monroe Community Hospital is on the left at the next stoplight. Directions to the Monroe Community Hospital from all major routes within Rochester are available on the Hospital’s Direction Line at (585) 760-6555.
If coming from the east side of the city, take 590 South to 390 North. Exit at East Henrietta Road (Exit 16), then turn right onto East Henrietta Road (Route 15A). At the first stoplight, turn left into the main entrance for Monroe Community Hospital.
Traveling from the East
Take the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90 West) to Exit 46 (listed as the 390 exit). Follow 390 North to Exit 16, which is East Henrietta Road (Route 15A). Turn right on East Henrietta Road, and the main entrance to Monroe Community Hospital is on the left at the next stoplight.
Traveling from the West
Take the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90 East) to Exit 46 (listed as the 390 exit). Follow 390 North to Exit 16, which is East Henrietta Road (Route 15A). Turn right on East Henrietta Road, and the main entrance to Monroe Community Hospital is on the left at the next stoplight.
Traveling from the South
Take Interstate 390 North to Exit 16, which is East Henrietta Road (Route 15A). After exiting, turn right on East Henrietta Road. The main entrance to Monroe Community Hospital is on the left at the first stoplight.
