Accommodation
The Yakovlev Conference will be held at the Strathallan Rochester Hotel (550 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607; telephone 585-461-5010), an approximate 14 minute drive from the Rochester Greater International Airport. Accommodations at conference rates have been arranged and can be made by calling toll-free 1-800-678-7284. When booking, please tell the registration clerk that you are with the Yakovlev Conference so that you can enjoy the special rates. The hotel recommends that you reserve your room by calling the toll-free number to avoid any price error when booking.
PLEASE NOTE: The Strathallan Rochester Hotel is a NON-SMOKING establishment according to New York State Law. Smoking is not allowed in the building. There is a $250.00 charge the guest will be held responsible for if there is evidence that smoking occurred in the guest’s room. The Strathallan does offer rooms with balconies and smoking is allowed on the balcony—if you wish to request such a room, please tell the registration clerk at the time of your reservation.
