Research Interests

My research interests originate from the quantitative analysis of behavioral and social sciences. Broadly speaking, I am interested in bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and observable phenomena by applying relevant and appropriate modeling tools. I have applied my novel development to addressing timely and important problems, particularly in the behavioral and social sciences. Much of my research involves applying multivariate statistical techniques to address complex structural relationships with longitudinal and nested data. Specific interests include multi-level modeling (MLM), structural equation modeling (SEM), latent growth curve modeling (LGM), latent growth curve mixture modeling (LGMM), latent class analysis (LCA), mediation and moderation analyses, zero-inflated count data modeling, factor analysis, principal components analysis, cluster analysis, psychometric theory, fidelity study, item response theory, and non-inferiority testing.
