Robert McCann, M.D., is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and
Dentistry, and is Chief of Medicine at Highland Hospital, and acting Division Head of Geriatrics for the
University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. McCann is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Palliative Care and Geriatrics and is a leader in the field of Geriatrics.

Betty Rabinowitz, M.D., is a Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester and a practicing
General Internist. Since 2010 she has been the Medical Director for the Center of Primary Care. In her role her focus has been on transforming the URMC Primary Care Network practices into highly functioning
Patient Centered Medical Homes, providing patients with the highest quality of care in a compassionate,
efficient and cost effective manner.

Wallace Johnson, M.D., the Ralph W. Prince Professor of Medicine, is Associate Chair for Primary Care in the Department of Medicine and Director of the University of Rochester's Center for Primary Care. He currently chairs the Council of the Medical Staff at Strong and is a member of the boards of directors of the Genesee Valley Medical Foundation, the Monroe County Medical Society and the Visiting Nurse Service
