Please Note!
It is the policy of the NYSDOH AIDS Institute that letters of completion are only provided to person who attend the entire course from start to finish.
When making travel arrangements, please DO NOT make travel arrangements until we contact you. Also, Please plan accordingly to be sure you will be able to stay for the entire course.

If you are interested in a particular course CHBT has offered in the past that you don’t see listed, or have any questions about other CHBT trainings, please contact us. We might have other training opportunities of interest to you that are currently not listed in this calendar. All full day and multi-day courses are held from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Registration Information
Registration must be received by CHBT prior to the training date and is accepted online, by mail or by fax. A confirmation letter with directions to the training location and parking information will be sent to you once your registration has been processed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you don't receive a confirmation letter, please call to verify that your registration was received and that you are registered to attend.
Letters of Attendance
Letters of attendance are available for all CHBT courses. You must be in attendance for 100% of the course to receive the letter of attendance.
Location of Trainings
The confirmation letter will include the exact location and time of the course. On-site training for some courses may be available for audiences at your facility. Call for information.
