Physician Liaison
Korin Doehler
Korin has been on the staff of the University of Rochester since 1999. During the course of her career Korin has worked in Imaging Sciences, the Surgery Center, and Education Services. Her current role in Marketing has allowed her to maintain and cultivate relationships acquired throughout her years of service at the Medical Center and with the Pediatric community. Korin is dedicated to providing the highest customer service and has been recognized twice as a Strong Star recipient. As a physician liaison, Korin’s unique experience in working with staff, administration, and physicians assists her to foster communications between referring physician offices and specialist offices. She understands the importance of access, service, and outstanding patient care for referring physicians.

Physician Liaison Services
Our physician liaison services are intended to provide you with a direct link for all communications regarding Golisano Children’s Hospital and Pediatric services. Physician Liaison Korin Doehler has a goal of fostering relationships and open communication between our referring physicians and our team. Korin is available to meet with you and your practice; to arrange for meetings between you and our pediatric team, and to assist you in resolving issues or finding information on our services.
Specific physician liaison responsibilities include:

Meeting Physicians around the region to keep them up-to-date on:

New faculty

Construction of the new Children’s Hospital

Clinical services, including the availability of new services, clinics, and technology

Equipment available within our system

Identifying your needs and gathering feedback to help us plan and evaluate our services and program

Assists with the referral process - aids in access issues or concern

Serving as a personal contact for you to address issues that require our attention

Arranging speaking engagements and meetings for you, our physicians, and administrators
