  • Life And Learning Services (LDA) provide answers, guidance, and information to help parents, educators, and healthcare professionals to address the needs of children and adults who struggle with learning disabilities.

National Resources

  • Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD) has over 16,000 members in 200 local chapters throughout the U.S. Chapters offer support for individuals, parents, teachers, professionals, and others. (Resources on the website are available in English and Spanish.)
  • Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) provides information, resources, and networking to adults and family members and to professionals. ADDA helps adults with AD/HD lead better lives. (Resources on the website are available in English and Spanish.)
  • National Resource Center (NRC) on AD/HD provides information on the ADHD disorder which affects how millions of children and adults function on a daily basis. The NRC was created to meet the information needs of professionals and the general public.
  • The National Autism Center’s National Standards Report provides comprehensive information about the level of scientific evidence that exists in support of the many educational and behavioral treatments currently available for individuals with Autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
  • New Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website aims to inform parents, organizes and presents information for parents, and provides resources. The CDC Portal is a great source for credible, accurate information in helping parents raising healthy kids and providing a safe home and community. It also is a resource for diseases and conditions that can occur and for developmental milestones and schedules.
