Application Process for ACGME Fellowship
Prerequisite: The postdoctoral education prerequisite is three years of general pediatric residency training.
Application: For consideration to our Fellowship Program please submit:

Completed application form.

Personal statement telling us about yourself, your interest in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, long term plans, and specific fellowship training goals.

Letters of recommendation from your Chief of Pediatrics or Residency Director and two other faculty members who are familiar with your work.
Candidates are required, with rare exception, to visit Rochester for personal interviews with members of the faculty and to meet with current fellows.
Selection criteria will include an excellent residency performance record and goals consistent with those of the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship Program. Fellowship funding rules limit candidacy to individuals with U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
