Team Ali-Gaiters' Clam Bake has Heart
When Jackie Klube learned that her daughter Ali (pictured above on the left) had a serious heart condition in 2003, she brought friends and family members together for support. The crew, dubbed Team Ali-Gaiters, began raising funds for the Children's Heart Center at Golisano Children's Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center through the Stroll for Strong Kids as well as the Team Ali-Gaiters Clam Bake, which celebrates its seventh year from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Honeoye Falls Fire Department Training Grounds at 7 Monroe St. in Honeoye Falls.
