Golisano Children’s Hospital's Gala
For more than two decades, this black-tie fundraiser has been one of Rochester’s most elegant events of the year. Golisano Children's Hospital's Gala garners hundreds of guests for a silent and live auction and decadent food and libation. Attendees know they’ll get their money’s worth with a new surprise every year and promise that all the money raised goes towards helping sick and injured children.
The 22nd annual Golisano Children’s Hospital’s Gala was wildly successful. Thanks to the honorary chairs Peter and Allison Formicola, the many sponsors and the more than 860 attendees, the event raised record-breaking total of nearly $700,000. During the live auction, funds were raised for 11 Giraffe OmniBeds for newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit.
