At the Children's Endocrine Center, we provide care for children and adolescents with disorders of the endocrine system, including:

Our experienced team includes three board-certified pediatric endocrinologists, as well as a support staff of nurse practitioners, a social worker, and a child psychology fellow. In addition to diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders, we help children by giving them the tools they need to manage their condition. Our team of providers works hard to provide optimal physical, psychosocial, and emotional growth and development of our patients.

Evaluation for an Endocrine Disorder

The endocrine system is an intricate collection of hormone producing glands scattered throughout the body. Endocrine disorders can display a wide variety of symptoms. If your child is referred to the Endocrine Center, his or her evaluation will depend upon the reason for the referral. An evaluation typically includes:
