A migraine study testing investigational inhaled DHE (dihydroergotamine), an already FDA approved medication when given in other methods of administration.

Purpose*Please Note: Currently enrolling only asthmatics with migraine for this phase of the study.* The research drug in this study contains dihydroergotamine mesylate (DHE), a drug that is already available for treatment of migraine through injection into a vein and inhalation through the nose. MAP Pharmaceuticals has created a new form of DHE that can be inhaled through the mouth. MAP Pharmaceutical's name for this study drug is MAP0004. This research study will evaluate DHE that is breathed in through the mouth using the Tempo inhaler. All eligible subjects in this study (according to a run-in period) will receive active study drug. There is no placebo in this phase of the trial.
