How We Can Help

Our doctors, nurses, dietitians, and lifestyle counselors will work with you to build a plan tailored to your personal needs and schedule. And only approaches that have been proven to work will be recommended. We will support and encourage you every step of the way! Check out Program Eligibility below.

Individual appointments and/or group programs are offered in multiple locations at a variety of times. View our program locations.

Financial Incentives

Financial incentives are are offered to jump-start your efforts. Eligible participants can receive up to $300 per year, which means that a family can receive up to $600 per year. Learn more about financial incentives.

More Resources

In addition to the Lifestyle Management Programs, the University has a variety of programs to help employees get and stay healthy. Check out Well-U, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Behavioral Health Partners (BHP), URMC Fitness and Wellness Center, and the Bloch Fitness Center in the Goergen Athletic Center on the University of Rochester campus.

Program Eligibility for Lifestyle Management Programs

Regular full-time and part-time faculty and staff members, including active SEIU members, as well as employees’ spouses/domestic partners enrolled in a University Health Care Plan, and non-Medicare-eligible retirees enrolled in a University Health Care Plan and their spouses/domestic partners enrolled in a University Health Care Plan.

Lifestyle Management programs are a part of the University’s Employee Assistance Plan. This website provides only a summary of the Lifestyle Management features of the plan. The University reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate the Employee Assistance Plan at any time, including actions that may affect coverage, cost-sharing or covered benefits, as well as benefits that are provided to current and future retirees.
