Time to Check your Kidney Health

The National Kidney Foundation Serving Upstate NY is offering this free kidney checkup. The Kidney Health Checkup includes blood pressure check, cholesterol check, finger stick for diabetes, urine and blood tests for kidney disease and medical consultation.
