Public Health Grand Rounds

Presenting real-world case studies on public health issues ranging from school violence to the avian flu

A new seminar series beginning in 2008

All Seminars will be held in Room K-307 from 12:00-1:00, unless otherwise noted. For parking , enter at the Kornberg entrance by the clock tower on Elmwood Avenue.  Parking tokens available for any non-UR attendees. A lite lunch will be served.

Audience

Public health leaders and professionals from local and state government agencies, hospitals, clinics, boards of health, community-based health organizations, academic institutions, federal agencies, and others who seek to learn more about community health and population-based medicine.

Goal

To enable the exchange of best practices, to encourage the interchange between community and academic Public Healthprofessionals and to provide a regular forum for discussion and communication of topics of current interest and local relevance.
