Department Graduate Program Handbook

This Handbook is an information resource intended to complement the University Graduate Studies Bulletin and the Official Bulletin, Regulations Concerning Graduate Study (the "Red" Book) and other University of Rochester publications. All policies included in the Handbook are supplemental to the general policies of the University, and in cases of conflict between the Handbook and official University policies, the University's policies will have precedence.
