Application Process

Eligibility is limited to individuals matriculated into University of Rochester degree granting programs. Initially only individuals in the MPH program, either part or full time are eligible. Individuals enrolled in the Clinical Investigator program are also eligible. Interested applicants should apply to the MCH Graduate Certificate Coordinator, Ann Dozier. Applicants will be screened and formally accepted into the program if their interest and program of study is consistent with the content and intent of the certificate. Students matriculated in other programs of study within the University such as nursing or medicine will be eligible based on their course of study.

To apply:

1. Obtain and complete a copy of the student interest form below or from the Helen Wood Hall student room.

2. Submit the completed interest form, by mail or in person, to
