A goal of the University of Rochester Clinical and Translational Science Institute is to help clinical and translational investigators produce data to support applications for extramural research support. One approach to reaching this goal is the Laboratory Support Award Program, which enhances access to laboratory resources and reduces the cost of access to those resources for clinical and translational investigators. Rather than specify a limited set of resources that qualify for CTSI support, the CTSI competitively awards funds to investigators to allow them to access any laboratory resources, within or outside the University of Rochester.
The 2011 request for applications is now closed. Click here to view the most recent RFA for the Laboratory Support Award Program.
