Dr. Tallents' research interests include diagnosis and management of patients with TMD, chronic pain mechanisms in the medullary dorsal horn, and in vitro mechanisms of site-directed bone apposition for dental and orthopedic implants.
Dr. Tallents maintains a private practice
in prosthodontics one day a week.
He holds appointments in the orthodontics,
TMJD, and prosthodontics programs.
