Esthetic Imaging

CDI specializes in a one-page, color, photographic quality simulation of a prescribed treatment. Photographs may be taken at our office, or you can send a photograph to us with detailed instructions. The simulation demonstrates the "before" and "after" to enhance communication, reduce uncertainties, and build confidence between you and your patient. As you are probably aware, more and more labs offering esthetic imaging are being established nationwide. We are glad to announce the expansion of our esthetic imaging service to include esthetic simulations by mail. This service will provide you and your patients an 8.5"-by-11" before and after color simulation showing how your patients could look following your recommended treatment plan.

All you will need to forward to us are the following:

1. A full facial image with a large smile and with teeth slightly separated. Teeth should be in focus for a clear digital simulation.
   
2. A close-up image of the teeth slightly separated (the use of retractors is optional).
   
3. The following formats are acceptable: Print, Polaroid, 35 mm slide, or e-mail.
   
4. Your recommended treatment plan on your letterhead.

Turn-around time is 14 working days.Each treatment plan option will be charged separately.Our referring dentists report that sending the simulation to their dental labs, along with their impressions, resulted in a more predictable outcome.
