       Mission    We provide consultation on the diagnosis of
     Statement:   lymphomatoid papulosis and related 
                  diseases, such as pityriasis lichenoides 
                  and Ki1+ lymphoproliferative disorders.  We 
                  are also conducting research on the cause, 
                  prognosis and the mechanism of progression 
                  of these diseases.

                  history, slides and if possible, blocks, to 
                  Dr. Kadin.  For latest research results and 
                  opportunities for patients to participate
