Hotel Reservations

The Westin La Cantera Resort is located at 16641 La Cantera Parkway, San Antonio, Texas. To ensure availability of guest rooms for DHIMS 2008 registrants, a block of rooms has been reserved at the conference rate of $209 single/double plus tax. To obtain the conference rate (based on availability in room block), reservations must be made before 5:30pm Central Time, March 6, 2008. The Resort is offering the conference rate for pre- and post-extended stays from Saturday, March 22, 2008 through Tuesday, April 1, 2008.

Reservations received after March 6, 2008 will be accepted on a space availability basis at the prevailing rates being sold by the Resort at that time. One night's deposit is required at the time reservations are made. The deposit is refundable if the reservations are made at least 72 hours before arriving and if a cancellation number is obtained when making reservations. Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out is 12 Noon. Please ask for cancellation information when making your hotel accommodations. Be sure to request a confirmation number and ask The Westin La Cantera Resort for a written confirmation. This will allow you to confirm that your verbal request was handled correctly. Please bring your confirmation with you to San Antonio.
