Anne Steider, Ph.D., joined the Deaf Wellness Center in May, 2007. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Gallaudet University in 2001.

Since graduating from Gallaudet, Anne has worked as a clinician, researcher, and educator. She has completed fellowships in Primary Care Family Psychology and Preventive Cardiology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Since 2002, she has worked with medical residents in the Internal Medicine residency program at Highland Hospital's Department of Medicine. Anne also supervises psychology fellows there and assists with the department's goals regarding biopsychosocial education. Her current role in the DWC is to assist with a variety of research projects.
