The Governing Committee of the USMLE endorsed broad changes to its exam, the proposed changes can be found on the USMLE website www.usmle.org. The changes will occur incrementally over the next 4-5 years. Peter Scoles will present an overview of the reasoning process behind this decision and will provide several scenarios surrounding the rollout of these changes.
