Chaplaincy Services

Chaplaincy Services provides compassionate, spiritual care for people of all faiths. Worship services are available in the Interfaith Chapel located on the first floor, near the orange elevators, room 1-2315. A second Interfaith Chapel is available on the River Campus.

Child Care

Child Care at Work - The Children's School at URMC. Located across the street from the Medical Center, The Children's School provides care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
The Family Care Program will furnish referrals to students, postdocs and staff for child care services.

Computer Stores

University IT offers an online computer store as well as two retail stores. The Medical Center store is located on the ground floor, room G-7220B, next to the copy center.

Both rooms operate on a first come, first served basis and are equipped with a chair with integral tablet and a cup holder.

Fourth floor of Dewey Hall, room 4-311.
Second floor of Wallis Hall, room 255, and is available from 6:30AM to 6PM Monday-Friday.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service

Colony Dry Cleaners provides twice-weekly drop-off and pick-up service at the Fitness & Wellness Center for members of the University of Rochester community.

Mailing Services

Trainees are typically assigned mailboxes within their department, either in the department that they work for or in the department that administers their degree program. Check with your department administrator or your graduate program coordinator for your internal mailing address.
A post office is located at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
- Located on the ground floor (G-5122) of Medical Center.
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 4:00pm.
- Money orders are available.
- Personal checks and credit/debit cards are not accepted.
- FedEx is available; courier boxes are located outside the post office in the Medical Center.
