Elective Pathways

A variety of certificate programs are offered to medical students during their medical school education in the following areas.

1. Humanities and/or Clinical Bioethics can be completed in diverse areas including history, literature, philosophy, religious studies, cultural and gender studies, visual arts, fine arts, and creative writing.
2. Latino Health Pathway is offered to medical students with an interest in Latino Language/Culture/Health.
3. Deaf Health Pathway is offered to medical students with an interest in Deaf Language/Culture/Health.
4. Medical Education Pathway Program is offered to medical students with an interest in academic medical education.
5. Global Health Pathway Program is offered to medical students with an interest or demonstrated commitment to careers in the future that include global and public health.
