Anne D'Angelo joined the Finger Lakes Regional Resource Center in November 2004 as the Program Manager. In this role, she is responsible for providing programmatic support to the mission and goals of the RRC by coordinating the bioterrorism preparedness efforts of 17 hospitals located in a 9 county area in Central New York. The Regional Resource Center is funded by a grant through HHS and NYSDOH.
Anne's previous experience includes emergency nursing. She had worked in the Emergency Department and Level I Trauma Center at Strong Memorial Hospital for three years. Before coming to Rochester, she was a commissioned officer and served four years active duty in the United States Navy Nurse Corps. She was stationed at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia in the Emergency Department.
Anne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Marquette University in 1998. In 2005, she received her Master's degree in Leadership in Healthcare Systems - Disaster Response and Emergency Preparedness from the University of Rochester School of Nursing.

Kathee Tyo joined the Finger Lakes Regional Resource Center in October 2006 as the Program Coordinator and Educator. In this role, she is responsible for providing pragmatic assistance to the hospitals in the region including exercise design, development and evaluation, continuing education, and coordinating preparedness activities.
Kathee's background is primarily in emergency nursing, but also has experience in cardiology, neuroscience, and pediatrics. Her emergency medical services background as an EMT enhances her ability to work with non-hospital based organizations in community planning.
Kathee received both her Bachelor's in Nursing in 1999 and her Master's in Leadership and Health Care Systems-Disaster Response and Emergency Preparedness in 2005 from the University of Rochester.

Eileen Spezio joined the Finger Lakes Regional Resource Center in February 2006. In this role she is responsible for tracking and monitoring the budget for the grant, coordinating trainings for the region, and works with vendors on regional preparedness supplies and equipment purchases.
Eileen's background has been working as an Administrative Assistant for 23 years at Eastman Kodak Company.
Eileen has an Associate's Degree in Legal Secretarial from Monroe Community College.

Tom Fletcher joined the Finger Lakes Regional Resource Center in 2008 as the Assistant Educator. In this role he assists in creating and delivering any educational programs that the FLRRC offers.
Tom has been a Physician Assistant for over 30 years with most of his career in Emergency Medicine. Currently he splits his time working in the Emergency Department at the University of Rochester and with the FLRRC.
Tom is also a member of the PA-3 Disaster Medical Assistance Team and has been deployed numerous times and most recently to provide medical care after the Hatian earthquake.
For the past six years Tom has been an instructor for the National Disaster Life Support Foundation and has taught throughout the United States.
