How do sensory issues, including those related to taste and smell, affect food preferences, health, and overall well-being in children with autism and their families?
We are exploring taste and smell and how these senses relate to everyday behaviors like food preferences, eating habits, and other sensory issues in autism. We are also interested in how these sensory differences are shared within families. Through our work, we aim to develop a better understanding of sensory experiences in autism in order to improve diagnosis and interventions.
