Blood Transfusion Center
The Blood Transfusion Center is located in Radiation Oncology on the first floor of Highland Hospital. Blood Transfusions are by referral only and must be scheduled through a physician office.
Transfusions are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Patient arrival times will be at 8:30 a.m. each day. Most elective transfusions can be scheduled within 1 to 2 business days of the request.
Emergency transfusions are referred to the Emergency Department.
