Diabetes Health Source Relocation

Highland Hospital’s Diabetes Health Source is moving to a larger office space. In response to growing patient volumes, Diabetes Health Source is moving from Highland Hospital to a convenient location in Clinton Crossings. The new office will be located at 2400 S. Clinton Avenue, Bldg. H, Suite 135 and will open on Dec. 22, 2009. This location will provide ease of access and free parking, and is accessible to public transportation. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
