Diabetes Health Source Relocation

Highland Hospital’s Diabetes Health Source has moved to a larger office space. In response to growing patient volumes, Diabetes Health Source moved from Highland Hospital to a convenient location in Clinton Crossings. The new office is located at 2400 S. Clinton Avenue, Bldg. H, Suite 135 and opened on Dec. 28, 2009. This location provides ease of access and free parking, and is accessible to public transportation. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
