Evarts Joint Center
A collaboration between the University of Rochester Medical Center and Highland Hospital, the Evarts Joint Center was conceived and built to bring patients with joint problems new hope for greater mobility and pain-free living. This unique center represents the best of a community hospital environment combined with the vast resources of a leading university medical center. We’re very proud to have earned the Gold Seal of Approval™ for health care quality from the Joint Commission, a national, not-for-profit health accrediting organization. The Joint Commission awarded us with its Disease-Specific Care Certification for Knee and Hip Replacement. To earn this designation, we volunteered for an unannounced, on-site evaluation by Joint Commission reviewers, who judged our performance in meeting the Joint Commission’s rigorous quality assurance standards.
We specialize in all aspects of joint care, from initial assessment and diagnosis to the full array of treatments. These include medication, physical therapy, and other non-surgical approaches, as well as the whole range of surgical treatments, including total joint replacement. Read more about us.
