Physicians Trained in Specialized Care
Strong Health gynecological oncologists are cancer specialists who are fully trained in obstetrics/gynecology. These doctors complete an additional two to four years of training in treating gynecological cancers, with emphasis on surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy and experimental treatments.

Gynecology Oncology Associates is affiliated with Strong Health, the University of Rochester Medical Center, and Highland Hospital. We are a practice devoted to the care of woman with gynecologic cancers. We are committed to providing you with the best treatment available and through our affiliation with Highland Hospital, we can care for you in a supportive and convenient setting. The Dedicated Inpatient Unit for Women (East 5) at Highland Hospital will make every effort to meet your needs if a hospital stay is required.
Services Offered
- Evaluate abnormal Pap smears and benign or malignant tumors of the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, vagina, and vulva
- Assess abdominal or pelvic masses
- Develop care plans based on individual needs
- Perform surgery to reconstruct abnormalities caused by cancer treatment
