You may also download a class registration form and mail it to: Highland's Family Classes, Box 112, 1000 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620. All registrations will be confirmed by mail.

A sliding scale/payment arrangement may be arranged for lower income families. Please ask for an application.
Cancellation and withdrawal request may be arranged by calling (585) 473-2229.
At least 48 hours advance notice is required for refunds unless a medical emergency exists. We may request documentation from your doctor or midwife before processing a refund. A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Highland Hospital reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or inclement weather. We will make every effort to reschedule your class in these situations. You will receive a full refund if we are unable to reschedule a class for you.
For moms on medical bedrest and unable to attend childbith classes, a basket containing education materials (DVDs or videos, literature, website information) and pastime activities, is available on loan.
For families with children attending the birth, a bag containing educational materials (video, literature for children and adults, and dolls to use for teaching your children about childbirth), is available on loan.
For moms who would like more information about V.B.A.C. delivery, a bag containing educational materials (video, literature, website information), is available on loan.
