Here are the main components of the University of Rochester Medical Center, with a brief introduction to each:

Strong offers care in 40 different specialties, and many of its doctors take part in world-leading research. Strong Memorial Hospital is ranked as one of "America's Best Hospitals" by U.S. News & World Report, and has won the Consumer Choice Award for the best hospital in the area for 11 consecutive years.

Golisano Children's Hospital

We have 60 regular inpatient beds, 12 PICU level beds, including a 4 bed post-surgical cardiac unit, and 52 NICU beds in the only Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the Finger Lakes Region. We also offer one of the country's few Ronald McDonald Houses that is located within a hospital.
