"Advancing Care" community newsletter.
Highland Hospital launched a community newsletter this month called Advancing Care to give families advice on health-related issues and highlight what’s new at the hospital. Highland physicians and other medical experts will be featured in each quarterly issue.
"We hope this newsletter serves as a resource to our community," said Cindy Becker, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. "In addition to providing health-related tips for families, our doctors will be able to give valuable insight on recent health studies and news."
In the first issue of Advancing Care, articles include, "50+? Your Checklist for Better Health and Safety;" "Bariatric Surgery Gives Patients a New Look and New Life;" and "Cold and Cough Medicines for Kids: What is Safe?"
