Highland Hospital will host its annual Cancer Survivors Day at 1 - 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 6 at the hospital. The event is a celebration of life for cancer patients and survivors, their loved ones, and anyone who wants to honor someone they have lost to cancer. This year’s keynote speaker is Senator James Alesi.
The program also includes inspirational messages from cancer survivors, educational information about cancer, entertainment and an opportunity for attendees to socialize and offer each other support. Light refreshments will be served. The event is free but registration by May 28 is requested.
