Miner Library does not provide its own VPN service for students. Students interested in VPN services can install the service ISD provides for the URMC community. Please contact the Computing Center Help Desk at (585)275-6865 or via email (ccdesk@urmc.rochester.edu) to have your account enabled for use with this service.
Beyond enabling your account for the VPN neither Miner Library nor ISD provide support for the VPN service. However, students are welcome to contact us and we will make a reasonable attempt to assist you with the service.
