Expanded hours, effective January 18

How do you spell "happiness"?

How about... "E-X-P-A-N-D-E-D  H-O-U-R-S"?

Starting January 18, during the academic year, Miner Library will be open an additional 6 hours per week:

New Hours
Old Hours
Friday 7:30 AM - 10 PM 7:30 AM - 8 PM
Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM 10 AM - 8 PM
Sunday 10 AM - midnight Noon - Midnight

In addition, the Computing Center will remain open on Sundays until 8:00 PM.  (It now closes at 6:00 PM.)

The School of Medicine and Dentistry is funding the expanded hours, in a pilot mode. We will track the usage of the library during these extended hours and determine at the end of 2008 whether the pilot is successful.

This change is a direct result of input from Medical Students, discussions with Medical Student Senate officers, and feedback from SON students (subsequent to a Town Hall meeting with President Seligman).

Be sure to let us know how the expanded hours are working for you!
