ILLiad is getting a new look!

Starting January 2, 2008, ILLiad (the University's online interlibrary loan request system) will have a new and improved look.

Here are just some of the enhancements:

• Your requests will be easier to view and access.
• You will be able to access all of your options from the menu on the sidebar.
• You can change/reset your password without having to contact library staff.
• If you accidentally delete an electronically delivered article, you will be able to select "undelete," and the article will reappear in your list.
• If your account is blocked, you still will be able to access your account, although you will not be able to request any new items.
• Using the ILLiad Alerts feature, we will be able to convey important updates and messages directly to all system users.
