You probably have sought the assistance of our librarians by visiting the Reference Desk or taking advantage of the "Ask a Librarian" e-mail information service. We're excited to announce yet another gateway to our reference service: "Ask a Librarian" live chat.
This newest service is available Monday through Friday, from 1 to 4 p.m., and allows Internet users to "chat" in real time with a librarian who can answer questions and help find both online and hard copy resources immediately. No additional software is required, although you'll need to disable any browser pop-up blockers.
Because we're always eager for your feedback and for ways to improve our
services, you'll see 4 short questions just before you exit live chat. We
hope you'll take a few moments to answer them and let us know how we're doing!
