Request a Course

To request a new course for UR/URMC employee or resident training and education, see the steps below. Otherwise, please send an email to Blackboard Support with your division and department, course name, purpose of the course, how many users you expect to be enrolled in the course and the name of the instructor(s).

Request a New Employee Training/Education Course

• Review the Process for Adding a New Employee Education Course.
• Save and fill out the New Course Initiation Form. Fill it out electronically using MS Word. Email the completed form to online-learning@urmc.rochester.edu.
• Use this form to request a new HRMS module and link within an existing Blackboard course.
