PDA's & email
There are many, many different PDAs/smartphones available on the market. Most (if not all) can be set up to work
with your URMC email account. If your PDA has an Exchange (or Exchange ActiveSync) module for email set-up,
use that selection. If it doesnot have a designation for Exchange,please select the IMAP service.
Exchange server: mail.urmc.rochester.edu
Incoming mail server: mail.urmc.rochester.edu
Outgoing mail server: On-campus =
mail.urmc.rochester.edu; off-campus =
Your Internet Service Provider's system, e.g. rochester.rr.com for Roadrunner, etc.
Username: jdoe (usually first initial, last name)
Password: URMC account password
