-Differential Builder requires you to select a Clinical Scenario, some scenarios guide you through other options. The scenario's then let you add Findings. Can Search to find Findings or select from a list of visual findings that include graphic pictures or photos.
-Diagnostic lookup allows you to search Diagnosis Names, must be specific, uses ICD-9 codes.
Uses Suggestive search terms, where you start typing and it will suggest terms to select |
