Welcome to the Center for Lifetime Wellness, a joint program of the University of Rochester and Monroe Community Hospital.  The University of Rochester Medical Center has already identified aging as a top research priority and has set a goal to make Rochester, New York the healthiest community in the nation by the year 2020.  The Center for Lifetime Wellness is committed to doing its part to improve the health and well being of the over-50 population throughout Monroe County.  The Center for Lifetime Wellness has a variety of services available for individuals over age 50, for ambulatory populations with special physical and functional challenges, and for organizations that serve those populations.  The Center for Lifetime Wellness offers a fitness facility as well as a variety of assessments and educational services.
